The M14 adjustable hinge with weld-on plate and weld-on U-bracket provides a practical solution for attaching the gate leaf to the supporting structure. The weld-on plate is welded to the gate's supporting structure, while the U-bracket is welded to the gate leaf frame. The hinge is designed to allow adjustment of the gate leaf position even after assembly is complete, when both the plate and the bracket are welded to their respective structures and the hinge is assembled. Adjustment is performed using an M14 threaded mechanism, without the need to dismantle or disassemble the hinge. This design allows for additional adjustment of the gate's position even after it has been installed. The hinge is made of structural steel. The weld-on plate has a galvanized surface finish, while the U-bracket is supplied without galvanization.
