The adjustable M16 hinge with weld-on washer provides a practical solution for attaching the gate leaf to the supporting structure. The weld-on washer is welded to the gate's supporting structure, while the gate frame made of 30 × 30 mm profile is attached to the hinge using a flange. After unscrewing the flange, the frame is placed onto the hinge, and then the flange is screwed back on. The hinge is designed to allow adjustment of the gate leaf position even after installation is complete, when the washer is welded, the frame is secured in the hinge, and the hinge is assembled. Adjustment is performed using an M16 threaded mechanism without the need for disassembling or dismantling the hinge. This design allows for additional adjustment of the gate's position after it has been installed. The hinge is made of structural steel. The weld-on washer has a galvanized surface finish.
