Withdrawal from the contract / Return of goods
As a consumer, when making a remote purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within the statutory period. You can return the goods depending on how your order was placed.
How to proceed with returning goods
Choose an option based on how you ordered the goods.
1. Goods purchased via e-shop
If you purchased goods through our e-shop, you can easily process the return online by verifying the email address used for the order.
There is no need to create a new account or enter a password. Only the email address you used during the purchase is required for verification.
Procedure:
1. Click on Return of goods / Withdrawal from the contract.
2. Enter the email address you used when placing your order.
3. We will send a **6-digit verification code** to the email address you provided.
4. Enter the code into the verification field.
5. After successful verification, a list of your orders will be displayed.
6. Select the order and the specific item you wish to return.
7. Submit the request for the return of goods.
After submitting the request, we will inform you about the next steps and how to send the goods back.
2. Goods purchased remotely by phone or email
If you ordered goods remotely by phone or directly by email, please send us the withdrawal from the contract using the prepared form.
Procedure:
1. Open the withdrawal from contract form.
2. Fill in the required data, especially your name, contact details, order or invoice number, and details of the goods you wish to return.
3. Submit the completed form according to the instructions provided in the form.
4. After receiving the form, we will contact you with further instructions for returning the goods.
Withdrawal from contract form
Important information
The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before its expiration.
Please return the goods to us undamaged, complete, including accessories, documentation, and, if possible, in their original packaging.
We will refund your money using the same method you used for payment, unless we agree otherwise. The refund may be delayed until the goods are returned to us.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
